Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions and procedures for use of the information and online submission services provided on the website www.exporum.com (hereinafter the "Site") operated by EXPORUM INC. (hereinafter the "Company"), and prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. 1. "User" means a visitor, inquirer, job applicant, or any other person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  2. 2. "Service" means all services provided by the Company through the Site, including introduction of the Company and its business, information on performance and materials, recruitment information and application intake, receipt of and response to inquiries, and information on exhibitions, conventions, and other MICE events hosted or organized by the Company.
  3. 3. "Posting" means any and all information, including text, photographs, and files, provided by a User to the Company through the various forms on the Site, such as inquiries and job applications.

Article 3 (Publication and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. 1. The Company shall post these Terms at the bottom of the Site so that Users may easily access them.
  2. 2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. In the event of amendment, the effective date and the reason for amendment shall be clearly indicated and announced through the Site at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
  3. 3. If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, the User may discontinue use of the Site. If a User continues to use the Site after the effective date of the amended Terms, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Provision and Suspension of Services)

  1. 1. The Company provides the following services:
    • - Information on the Company, its business, and major performance (exhibitions, conventions, and other MICE events)
    • - Recruitment information and application intake
    • - Receipt of and response to inquiries related to business and services
    • - Provision of other information and materials as determined by the Company
  2. 2. The Company may temporarily suspend provision of the Service in the event of maintenance or inspection, replacement or malfunction of information and communications equipment, communication interruption, or other events of force majeure, in which case the Company shall announce such fact through the Site.
  3. 3. The Company may change all or part of the Service currently being provided in accordance with operational or technical necessity, and shall immediately announce the reason for change, the details of the change, and the date of provision on the Site.

Article 5 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company shall protect the personal information of Users in accordance with applicable laws, and specific matters concerning the processing of personal information, including collection, use, storage, and destruction, shall be governed by the "Privacy Policy" separately established by the Company.

Article 6 (Obligations of the User)

  1. 1. The User shall not engage in any of the following acts:
    • - Entering false information or misappropriating another person's information when submitting an inquiry or job application
    • - Defaming the Company or a third party or interfering with their business
    • - Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
    • - Reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or otherwise using information posted on the Site without the Company's prior consent, or allowing a third party to do so
    • - Any other act in violation of applicable laws
  2. 2. If a User causes damage to the Company or a third party by violating the obligations set forth in the preceding paragraph, the User shall bear responsibility for compensating such damage.

Article 7 (Management of Postings)

  1. 1. The Company is responsible for the management and operation of Postings provided by Users to the Company through inquiries, job applications, and other means on the Site, and the responsibility for the content of such Postings lies with the poster.
  2. 2. If the Company determines that a Posting falls under any of the following, it may delete, move, or refuse acceptance of the Posting without prior notice:
    • - Content that insults or defames another person
    • - Content that violates public order and morals
    • - Content objectively deemed to be related to criminal acts
    • - Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or other rights of the Company or a third party
    • - Advertising content for commercial purposes
    • - Other content in violation of applicable laws
  3. 3. If the Company receives a request to delete or move a Posting from a relevant government agency or rights holder, the Company may take action in accordance with the procedures set forth by applicable laws.

Article 8 (Attribution of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)

  1. 1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights in works (text, images, videos, designs, programs, etc.) posted on the Site by the Company shall belong to the Company.
  2. 2. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained from the Site, or allow a third party to do so, without the prior written consent of the Company.
  3. 3. Copyright in Postings that a User posts or transmits to the Site belongs to the poster. However, the Company may use such Postings for purposes such as service operation, exhibition, and promotion, in which case the Company shall comply with the provisions of the Copyright Act.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction)

  1. 1. The Company shall be exempt from liability for the provision of Services if it is unable to provide Services due to events of force majeure, including natural disasters, war, suspension of service by a common telecommunications carrier, hacking, or computer virus infection.
  2. 2. The Company shall not be liable for any obstacle to the use of Services arising from causes attributable to the User.
  3. 3. The Company shall not be liable for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by Users on the Site, and shall have no obligation to intervene in any dispute arising between Users or between Users and third parties through the Site.
  4. 4. The interpretation of these Terms and any dispute between the Company and a User shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any related litigation shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect on July 28, 2026.
